Tems of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the website www.JSkkyBeauty.com and other online or mobile products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by JSkky Beauty, LLC, (“JSkkyBeauty” or “We”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 12. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
We may supply different or additional terms in relation to some of our Services, and those different or additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
Products and Services
Our products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display product colors and images that appear on our store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Products shipped to destinations outside the United States will be imported on your behalf. You authorize us to import the products on your behalf. Further, you agree that we may delegate the obligation to import the products on your behalf to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker). You will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the products.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to this Agreement. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Cook County, Illinois in order to settle any claim, action or controversy arising out of or related to this Agreement.
